Introductory program

Aussie Hoops

Aussie Hoops is a national program where children of all abilities develop skills, build self-esteem and learn about teamwork in a structured, accredited environment.

Sessions include warm-up games, skill activities and modified games, all delivered by accredited coaches.

U7 to U18

Junior competition

Junior competitions run all year long. Once you join a Junior Club you’ll be placed in an age appropriate division, so every game feels fair and fun. Members enjoy:

Weekly fixtures at Activewest Stadium
Accredited coaching focused on teamwork, fundamentals and confidence
Special events like skills challenges, mini-tournaments and club socials

Just pick a club, complete a simple online registration and you’re ready to play.

Summer & winter

Senior competition

Men’s, women’s and veterans competitions run on weeknights at Activewest Stadium, with divisions from social “just for fun” tiers to highly contested premier grades.

Every fixture has certified referees and official standings - plus canteen food and good company after your game. Fees are affordable and clubs welcome new players.

Extra tuition

Developmental programs

From beginner fundamentals clinics (dribbling, shooting and teamwork) to advanced small group workshops on position-specific drills, game IQ and conditioning - there’s something for every player.

Compete at state level

Representative teams

Our junior and senior GABA representative teams compete in high level Basketball WA competitions, including the BWA State Championships and BWA Country Championships.

Rep squads offer expert coaching, regular training and the chance to test your skills against the best in WA.
